DefautlLink was established as a service provider to law firms, the lending community and institutional investors. We provide service of process, skip tracing, publication, foreclosure sale attendance, loss mitigation support, title products and broker price opinions. Our company links the services needed to service litigation papers for law firms, and to manage defaulted loans for lenders. We are a Fannie Mae-approved process server, a member of FAPPS (Florida Association of Professional Process Servers) and NAPPS (National Association of Professional Process Servers).
Executives
Angela E. Becker, President
Angela has over 38 years experience specializing in the area of foreclosure law. She began her career as manager of residential FHA and VA real estate closings for United States Senator Edward Gurney’s Winter Park, Florida law firm, Gurney & Skolfield. Four years later she was hired to handle the management of the commercial real estate closing department for the firm Adams, Gilman & Cooper. The following year, she was hired to work for the law firm, C. Victor Butler, Jr., P.A., now known as Butler & Hosch. Her new position included title examinations and residential closings for the Farmer’s Home Administration, as well as conventional, VA and FHA closings. Shortly thereafter, clients began referring foreclosure work to the firm. Angela then transferred over to manage the foreclosure department. As the firm grew, her position with the firm grew into Office Manager. After twenty-five years, Angela left the law firm to take a new position as President of DefaultLink, Inc. Angela is a member of FAPPS (Florida Association of Professional Process Servers), NAPPS (National Association of Professional Process Servers), TALI (Texas Association of Licensed Investigators), FALI (Florida Association of Licensed Investigators), and an associate member of the Paralegal Association of Florida. Angela is a licensed private investigator in Florida, South Carolina, and Texas.
Warren Sua , Vice President of Operations
A graduate of De LaSalle University majoring in Business Management- Warren has 13 years of experience in operations. Warren spent 5 years with a major export company in Manila, Phillipines, and then 9 years with DefaultLink Inc. Warren handles Default Link's operations nationwide and internationally. Aside from years of experience in operations, Warren also has 3 years experience in the international foreign currency exchange business as a portfolio manager for Queensland Tokyo International.
